In Taiwan, we use a lot of plastic bags, and we ride a lot of motorcycles. There are some example of each of them. When we buy drinks, breakfast, we get free plastic bags. When we can't finish our meal in a restaurant, we put the food in the plastic bags. We get plastic bags very often, and they are free, however, this causes a lot of trash. We waste a lot of plastic bags, mostly because we don't reuse it.

There are always a lot of plastic bags on the road, it's very dangerous when someone is driving, and the plastic bag just suddenly sticks on the front window. This might cause an accident.

You can see a lot of motorcycles on the road, some are electrical and some are not electrical. If the motorcycles aren't electrical, they produce air pollution. There will be a lot of bad air coming out from the exhaust pipe. It's bad for our health and it's bad for the environment. But, to fix this problem is difficult, because the electrical motorcycle is more expensive than the normal one.
The government realized that the environment is important to humans, so they found a solution to not use a lot of plastic bags. They tell the shops to not give costumers free plastic bags. Costumers have to pay money to have the plastic bag.

And the government wants citizens to ride electrical motorcycles, so they say they will subsidies some money for citizens to buy it.I think it's good for not using too much plastic bags, we can save our environment. But it's not good when you buy a lot of things and you need a bag to carry it but you didn't bring enough money, we can't really say it's the person's fault because maybe he or she didn't know that they need to buy lot of things. But it's not the government's fault too, because they already told every shops to not give free plastic bags. So it's a bit contradiction. Maybe the government can find some sponsors to make a bag that is reusable and can fold it. I think the bag can be free so people can take it.
