I go to San Francisco Bay Area almost every summer vacation. The San Francisco Bay Area is in California, America.
Where is the San Francisco Bay Area? The eastern region of the San Francisco Bay Area, commonly referred to as the East Bay, includes cities along the eastern shores of the San Francisco Bay and San Pablo Bay. The region has grown to include inland communities in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. With a population of roughly 2.5 million in 2010, it is the most populous subregion in the Bay Area. Oakland is the largest city in the East Bay and the third largest in the Bay Area. The city serves as a major transportation hub for the U.S. West Coast, and its port is the largest in Northern California. Increased population has led to the growth of large edge cities such as Fremont, Hayward, Concord, Berkeley, Richmond, and Walnut Creek.

I go there to visit my cousin. I'll join a summer camp near my aunt's house for two weeks. And on weekends, we will go to some beach or San Francisco. My favorite place to visit is the Carmel and Monterey Bay. They are both beautiful beaches. The ocean is blue and the sand is white. Both beaches look perfect. And plus, the weather is usually sunny. So when it's around 7-8p.m.the sunset will turn the ocean into a golden and it's very beautiful. Last time when I went to Carmel, I was lucky. I saw many dolphins, they are gorgeous.

The camp that I joined this year, is OFK (Ohlone For Kids). OFK is established by Ohlone college. Ohlone College is a community college in Fremont, California with a second campus located in Newark, California. The Ohlone Community College District serves the cities of Fremont and Newark, as well as parts of Union City. I think it's a really good camp. There are four classes per day, you can choose the class that you like. Most of the classes are about the main subjects. Such as math, science, English, etc. This year, the camp is located in Mission San Jose High School, the location will be different every year.
I went to many places and learn a lot of things this year. I think it's a really good experience to joined camps in the foreign country. You can communicate with the kids over there, and you can learn many things that you won't learn from your country.
